Hi, I'm Tim, I've been the BeFit agent for Knox/Ringwood since May 2009. I run the agency from home so you can call me from 9am till 9pm, 7 days a week. If I'm not home, I'm probably out on deliveries (treadmills, bikes, or kids) but please leave a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

I'm happy to deliver equipment to your door (delivery charge applies) and aim to be as flexible as possible to suit your needs. Alternatively, you're welcome to checkout the gear at my place (address above) at most times if you prefer.

As a newcomer to BeFit, I'm relishing the move into the fitness industry having spent most of my working life in the IT and finance industries. Health and fitness is something I'm passionate about. I've played pennant tennis for many years and take great delight in defying the ageing process and beating players half my age! 

One of the benefits of being a BeFit agent is getting to use the equipment at home. This helps me to answer your questions about the equipment for hire. I constantly research the lastest trends in the fitness industry and would be more than happy to discuss any matters relating to health and fitness (footy and cricket is ok too!)
