Welcome to BeFit Western Melbourne/Geelong. My name is Norm Owens and with the assistance of my wife Deb and our 3 children we operate our BeFit Agency from our home in Taylors Lakes. We have been operating our agency since 2000 and have a good knowledge of the western suburbs. We happily provide service to Melton, Sunbury and outlying areas. I know from personal experience the pitfalls that come from an unhealthy lifestyle. After leaving the military and joining the public service I stacked on the weight to a point where my health deteriorated. Four years ago I started using the treadmill with some purpose and lost over 30kg and now maintain my weight with regular exercise. Sports activity and fitness when young does not ensure health and physical well-being as we get older. Everyone needs to be doing at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity at least 5 days a week. Time constraints, family commitments, and the weather don't always allow us to get out which is where the exercise equipment in the home can help. It certainly helped me.
